Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Incrk Technologies Inc. handles information when you use CreekQuote, its online quote-sharing service, this website, or contact support.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who We Are

CreekQuote is provided by Incrk Technologies Inc. (“Incrk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Incrk is responsible for personal information under its control. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to info@incrk.com.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the CreekQuote iOS app, CreekQuote’s online quote-sharing portal, the CreekQuote product and support website, and support communications. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that have their own privacy policies.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

CreekQuote stores your core records locally on your iPhone using Apple’s on-device storage technologies. Depending on what you enter, these records may include:

  • Your business name, logo, contact details, address, website, currency, tax settings, and document preferences.
  • Customer names, companies, email addresses, telephone numbers, and postal addresses.
  • Quotes and invoices, including project details, line items, quantities, prices, discounts, taxes, payment terms, notes, warranties, exclusions, assumptions, dates, and status.
  • Locally generated PDFs and local records of links you have shared.

Incrk does not receive this on-device information merely because you create or edit it. It may leave your device when you choose to export a PDF, use Apple’s share sheet, include it in a device or cloud backup, contact support, or use CreekQuote’s online sharing feature.

4. Online Quote Sharing

Online sharing is optional. When you choose “Share Online Link,” CreekQuote transmits the information needed to publish and display the selected quote. This may include:

  • Your business identity and contact details.
  • The customer’s identity and contact details.
  • Project title and address, scope of work, line items, pricing, discounts, taxes, totals, payment terms, notes, warranties, exclusions, and assumptions.
  • A PDF version of the quote, quote and version identifiers, publication dates, and the link’s expiry date.

The recipient can open the link without installing CreekQuote or creating an account. Anyone who receives a valid link may be able to view its contents, so you should share links only with intended recipients and disable links that should no longer be accessible.

5. Anonymous Technical Identity

CreekQuote does not require you to register with a name, email address, or password. When you first use online sharing, the service creates a pseudonymous installation identity so it can associate your shared quotes with your installation and prevent other users from managing them. We may process the anonymous identifier, authentication tokens stored securely on your device, app version, app build, environment, registration date, and last service activity time.

6. Quote Activity and Customer Responses

When a recipient uses a shared quote page, we may record whether and when the quote was viewed or its PDF was downloaded. If the recipient accepts, declines, or requests a revision, we process the selected response, response time, and any revision note they submit.

For service security, abuse prevention, reliability, and event deduplication, the portal may also process a cryptographic hash derived from the request IP address, the browser or device User-Agent, a hashed public-link token, and standard request and error information. The raw public-link token is not stored in the quote database.

7. Website and Support Information

When you visit our website or online portal, hosting providers may process standard network information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser type, and security events to deliver and protect the service. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics on the CreekQuote product website.

If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any screenshots, files, device details, or other information you choose to provide. Please avoid sending customer records or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for us to investigate your request.

8. How We Use Information

We use information only for purposes reasonably connected with CreekQuote, including to:

  • Publish, update, display, download, expire, and disable online quote links.
  • Deliver quote activity and customer responses back to the originating app installation.
  • Authenticate an installation without requiring user registration.
  • Protect the service, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and maintain reliability.
  • Respond to support, privacy, legal, and security requests.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.
  • Improve CreekQuote using aggregated or de-identified information where reasonably possible.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement with you, your consent or instructions, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting CreekQuote, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

9. Your Responsibility for Other People’s Information

CreekQuote allows business users to enter and share information about customers and other individuals. Before doing so, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required notice or consent. You should enter only information reasonably needed for the quote or invoice and should not include sensitive personal information unless necessary and lawful.

10. Service Providers and Disclosures

We use service providers to operate CreekQuote. They may process information only as needed to provide services to us and subject to their contractual and legal obligations. Current categories include:

  • Apple, for App Store distribution, iOS platform services, device features, and backups you choose to use.
  • Supabase, for pseudonymous authentication, database services, and private PDF storage supporting online sharing.
  • Cloudflare, for website and quote-portal hosting, network delivery, and security.
  • Email and business service providers used to receive and respond to support requests.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale. If ownership changes, personal information remains subject to this policy or notice will be provided as required by law.

11. No Sale, Advertising, or Cross-App Tracking

Incrk does not sell personal information. CreekQuote does not use personal information for third-party targeted advertising and does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.

12. Retention and Deletion

On-device records remain on your iPhone until you delete them, remove the app, erase the device, or they are removed under backup settings you control. Copies exported to Files, email, cloud storage, backups, or other apps are controlled by you and the applicable provider.

Online sharing records are retained while reasonably necessary to operate the link, return activity and responses, protect the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and process deletion. Disabling a shared link immediately prevents further public access, but it does not necessarily erase all associated server records at that moment. We delete or de-identify server-held personal information when it is no longer reasonably required for these purposes.

Support communications and related records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain support history, protect the parties, and meet legal obligations. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.

You may request deletion of information controlled by Incrk by emailing info@incrk.com. Include enough information for us to locate the relevant record, such as the shared-link URL or share identifier, but do not send authentication tokens or unnecessary customer data. We may need to verify that you are authorized to control the record and may retain limited information where required by law, security, fraud prevention, or the establishment or defence of legal claims.

13. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know whether we hold personal information about you, request access or a copy, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, and complain to a privacy regulator. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.

  • You can edit or delete local records in CreekQuote.
  • You can disable an online quote link to revoke public access.
  • You can choose not to use online sharing and continue using local quote and invoice features.
  • You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or information about our practices.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the privacy or data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.

14. International Processing

Our providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries where they operate. Information processed outside your jurisdiction may be subject to foreign laws and lawful access by authorities. We use contractual, organizational, and technical measures intended to protect information as required by applicable law.

15. Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including encrypted network connections, private PDF storage, owner-scoped access controls, pseudonymous installation authentication, high-entropy sharing links, and hashed public-link and IP-derived values. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

16. Children

CreekQuote is a business productivity service and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when CreekQuote, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the month and year shown above. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide any additional notice or choice required by law.

18. Contact and Privacy Requests

Contact Incrk Technologies Inc. at info@incrk.com. Use the subject line “CreekQuote Privacy Request” and describe the request and your relationship to the relevant app installation or shared quote.
